4. Community Education and Outreach: Establish and maintain positive and effective collaborative relationships with all community providers. Provide education about mandated reporting and the role of Protective Services.

6. Documentation: Maintain documentation as required by LifePath and AGE policies and regulations. Complete reports within required timeframes. Ensure data integrity.

<li>Provide transportation to Viability members with disabilities to assist them in getting to work and their day program. Drivers are responsible for ensuring vehicle is safe and in operational condition, required paperwork is completed, and performing various other duties. Drivers must demonstrate courtesy and respect to passengers and other customers.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School/GED </li>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a good driving record</li>
<li>Pre-employment DOT Physical, drug screening, criminal background check, fingerprinting and driver history record required</li>
