Dreamclean123 is a locally owned cleaning company providing professional janitorial and facility cleaning services throughout the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire and nearby Vermont border communities.

WORK LOCATION
We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Professionals to support school facility cleaning assignments near the Keene, NH and Brattleboro, VT area.
Additional assignments may be available in nearby New Hampshire and Vermont border communities based on client needs and operational requirements.
Exact work locations will be provided during the hiring process.

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT OPPORTUNITIES
School Facility Cleaning Assignments
• Monday through Friday
• Typical assignment hours approximately 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Approximately 30–40 hours per week may be available depending on assignment requirements and operational needs
• Schedule generally follows the school calendar
• Additional assignments may become available during school breaks, summer cleaning periods, special projects, and facility coverage needs
Expanded Assignment Opportunities
• Additional cleaning assignments may be available based on client demand and operational requirements
• Potential for year-round work availability depending on assignment volume and business needs
SCHEDULE & HOURS
• Evening-focused assignments are most common
• Typical assignment start time is approximately 2:30 PM
• Monday through Friday scheduling is typical for current school facility assignments
• Weekly hours vary based on assignment availability, school schedules, client demand, and operational needs
• Additional hours may become available during deep-cleaning projects, summer cleaning periods, and special facility work

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
• Clean classrooms, offices, hallways, cafeterias, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Restock facility and restroom supplies
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces according to client and safety standards
• Follow workplace safety procedures and proper chemical handling practices
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards as appropriate
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Represent Dreamclean123 professionally at all client locations
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
TRANSPORTATION
• Reliable transportation is required for travel to assigned work locations
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on assignment responsibilities
• Mileage reimbursement may be available for eligible work-related travel in accordance with company policies
• Transportation assistance, if available, is determined based on operational needs and is not guaranteed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform cleaning tasks throughout a work period
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to approximately 30 pounds
• Ability to safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning motions during scheduled assignments
TRAINING & SAFETY
• Training and onboarding support provided as applicable to assignments
• Training may include workplace safety procedures, chemical handling, PPE use, equipment operation, and quality standards
• Ongoing support and development opportunities may be available
COMPENSATION
• $18.00–$22.00 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, reliability, assignment requirements, and applicable work arrangement
• Paid training may be provided where applicable
• Opportunities for increased work availability and responsibilities based on performance and business needs
