We are seeking a skilled and motivated Controls Engineer. This position offers an onsite work environment with occasional travel to job sites for system commissioning. The ideal candidate will need a strong background in Building Automation Systems. You will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and commissioning control systems for commercial and building automation. Key Responsibilities:
o Design and develop control system architectures for HVAC and BAS applications.
o Develop control system architectures for new products, including hardware selection (HMIs, sensors, actuators, etc.) and software programming logic. Develop and implement sequences of operation based on project specifications and customer requirements.
o Program control logic and systems to meet customer requirements, specifications, and standards.
o Create control panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and system architecture drawings.
o Conduct thorough testing of control systems on test benches or prototype machines to identify and resolve issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to controls hardware and software.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&amp;D, product development, sales, and customer support, to deliver effective control solutions.
o Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including control system drawings, wiring diagrams, and system specifications.
o Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer specifications.
o Maintain and improve internal processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
o Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into product designs.
Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in control systems engineering or commissioning with strong emphasis on BAS.
• Strong knowledge of control system integration, including electrical schematics, HMIs, and field devices.
• Experience with control communication protocols, including Modbus, BACnet, and Ethernet/IP.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and OEM systems for HVAC.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex system issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Position Summary
The Area Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of assigned accounts in the northern Minnesota market. The Area Manager supervises and coordinates activities of associates including cleaning, safety and maintaining the contracted scope of work.
Through strong communication and company support, the Area Manager will focus on five key areas:

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee general cleanliness of assigned location and cleaning team: including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash pick-up and servicing restrooms.</li>
<li>Primary client contact person for assigned account. Responsibility for regular face-to-face client interaction and proactive resolution of any operational issues. </li>
<li>Investigate customer complaints, place customer complaint follow-up calls, document findings and communicate recommended action plan to the Operations Manager.</li>
<li>Complete safety audits and conduct safety training. </li>
<li>Assigns tasks to associates and inspects completed work for conformance to standards.</li>
<li>Performs coaching, developing and training staff to meet account needs. Identify and mentor associates to develop into the next generation of leaders.</li>
<li>Responsible for E-Hub time keeping and general payroll duties. Check timekeeping system to verify employees are / have been at job site.</li>
<li>Attend and actively participate in management meetings within region and at corporate.</li>
<li>Observe operations and make suggestions for improved efficiency as appropriate, including providing ideas and plans for growth and improvements within the account. </li>

Experience Required

<li>Previous budgeting and/or P&amp;L responsibility preferred.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance required.</li>
<li>Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check is required.</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED required. </li>
<li>Availability to work second shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday–Friday), with flexibility to support weekends and other shifts as business needs require.</li>
<li>Ability to travel regularly within the North Metro regional market (e.g., Cambridge, Princeton, Elk River).</li>

Sales Design Engineer:
The Sales Design Engineer supports the sale and execution of XeteX custom air handling equipment by providing engineering design, quoting, and project management support. This role partners closely with Independent Sales Representatives to develop accurate equipment designs and cost estimates during the sales process and serves as the project manager once orders are awarded.
From initial design through manufacturing support, shipment, and successful startup, the Sales Design Engineer ensures projects are delivered on time and meet customer requirements. This position also serves as a technical specialist for assigned components and technologies, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to support continuous improvement and innovation.
Job Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Provide quotes on equipment designs to support the sales efforts of XeteX’s Independent Sales Representatives. As part of the quoting process, review plans and specs to create a detailed cost estimate and performance approximation.</li>
<li>Once a job is won, serve as project manager for the job starting with providing a detailed design submittal, supporting manufacturing with detailed drawings and BOMs, and ensuring an on-time shipment of the equipment. Project completion will happen once the equipment has been successfully started up at the customer’s site.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with fellow engineers to review submittal documents and implement changes to standard processes. </li>
<li>Serve as the company specialist on assigned components and technologies. Work with vendors to stay on top of new technologies and their related design requirements for XeteX equipment. </li>
<li>Provide support as required on assigned design engineering tools.</li>
<li>Review new vendor product offerings and support as needed their implementations into XeteX designs.</li>
<li>Participate as needed with Customer visit and presentations.</li>
