Job DescriptionThe designated Coordinator is responsible for overseeing client services. Duties include, but are not limited to, monitoring. The designated Coordinator oversees client services. Their duties include monitoring personalized service plans, ensuring compliance with Minnesota Department of Human Services 245D regulations, supervising and supporting direct care staff, and safeguarding clients' health, safety, and rights.
