We are seeking a compassionate and confident Registered Nurse to join our on-call team, providing evening and overnight support to patients and families in the Winston Salem service area.
This position is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys focused, independent work while remaining supported by a collaborative and responsive clinical team.
What You’ll Do

Provide on-call nursing care during evenings and overnight hours

Respond to patient needs with skilled assessment, sound clinical judgment, and compassionate care

Offer guidance and reassurance to patients, families, and caregivers
</li>
<li>
Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
</li>
<li>
Document care accurately and communicate clearly with team members
</li>

Schedule Details

On-call shifts:
<ul>
<li>
Monday-Thursday: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Predictable, consistent on-call schedule
</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>
Current RN license (state-specific requirements apply)
</li>
<li>
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
</li>
<li>
Ability to work independently while staying connected to a supportive team
</li>
<li>
Calm, confident presence during urgent or after-hours situations
</li>
<li>
Hospice or home health experience preferred, but not required
</li>
</ul>

Overview
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Experiences Team. This team builds and maintains the foundational services and SDKs that power Speechify's product experience across platforms. It's a critical role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product and infrastructure, thinks strategically, and is passionate about designing clear, reliable APIs and simple systems that directly enhance the user experience.
What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Speechify's Product Teams to scope projects, find ways to reduce scope to get faster feedback from customers, navigate the integration/UX tradeoffs relevant to different product teams, and deliver solutions via our cross-platform SDK</li>
<li>Optimize existing functionality to ship things like faster loading and more intelligent parsing by designing more efficient abstractions and improving our algorithms</li>
<li>Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin</li>
</ul>

<li>Preferred Tech Stack:

<li>Kotlin Multiplatform (Java experience is OK but role is Kotlin Multiplatform) </li>
<li>Prior experience with GCP is a plus</li>

The United States Based Salary range for this role is: 140,000-200,000 USD/Year + Bonus + Stock depending on experience
