Masterson staffing is seeking a 2nd shift working lead to assist with onsite support as well as work on the assembly line. In this position you will assist with checking in and clocking in all staff, making sure they clock out at the end of their shift, doing regular headcount throughout the shift. Making sure break times are adhered to, ensuring GMP adherence basic hygiene standards are met, and monitoring temporary employee behavior and reporting it to the onsite Manager daily.
Between performing these tasks, you will also be working on an assembly line in a food production facility assembling sandwiches on a production line. This may include adding ingredients to a sandwich on a conveyor, wrapping the sandwiches and applying stickers or packaging sandwiches and getting them ready to ship.
Monday through Friday availability - 4:00PM to 12:30AM
Pay: $18.50/Hr
This is working in a cold work environment (41 degrees) for the duration of your shift.
