Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Provide research and analysis of legal issues related to any of the assigned areas of law, including but not limited to estate planning, long-term care planning, real estate, and gas and oil rights.</li>

The Contract Manager, Hospital Negotiations serves as an integral member of the Provider Contracting Team and reports to the AVP, Provider Network Management.&nbsp; This role assists in developing the strategic direction and management of the day to day contracting and network management activities for a local given territory.
