Accurately documents shift details and services accurately within established time parameters.
Ensures the safety of clients and self. Follows Universal Precautions and demonstrates safe hand washing techniques.
Observes the client’s general physical, emotional, and mental status, and report all changes in the client’s conditions, family situation, or incidents during shift immediately to agency coordinator, supervisor, and client’s designated representative (as instructed by employer).
Maintain and improve skills through attendance with staff development programs and in-service education requirements.
Maintain Confidentiality in all professional areas and consider the needs of clients and their families, other employees, physicians, visitors, and all members of the community in an informative, courteous, and compassionate manner.

Venesco, LLC has an immediate need for a Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioners at Fayetteville Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center. PAs/NPs personnel shall be responsible for providing Family Practice and interventional Family Practice consultative services for: assessment, diagnostic work-up and clinic intervention, including comprehensive patient assessment, health history, physical examination, and patient education to Veterans in the Primary Care team setting; outpatient include both scheduled and unscheduled Veterans. Order and evaluate diagnostic tests as appropriate, recommend treatment and/or referral. Record/document health appraisal information, clinical assessments, treatment decision, plan of care, ongoing management and therapeutic outcomes, order medications, diagnostic test and referral consultations where needed for every patient encounter; recording will be accomplished using the electronic comprehensive patient record system (CPRS) and will be completed on the day of the encounter.
 
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with 30-minute lunch.

Direct Patient Care: estimated 95% of the time involved in direct patient care. ADMINISTRATIVE: estimated 5% of time not involved in direct patient care section meetings, participation in once to twice monthly peer review case review, Ongoing Providers Performance Evaluation (OPPE) participation, and morbidity &amp; mortality conferences as appropriate. 4.4.6.1. Quality Improvement Meetings: Contract personnel shall participate in continuous quality improvement activities and meetings with P committee participation as required by the facility Chief of Service, Chief of Staff, or designee.

Job DescriptionOlsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Cheraw, South Carolina to find an experienced and eager forklift operator to join their growing team! The primary responsibility of a forklift operator is to load and unload warehouse material, optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency and identifying damages to vehicles. Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Drives sit-down and stand-up forklifts, and other industrial vehicles such as cherry-pickers and automated pallet jacks as needed.</li>
<li>Maintains clean work area.</li>
<li>Pallet building and pallet picks.</li>
<li>Loads goods onto conveyer belts.</li>
<li>Stacks crates, pallets, lumber, or other material.</li>
<li>Ensures the safe and efficient movement of goods.</li>
<li>Follows safety regulations and company guidelines.</li>
<li>Checks that loads are centered and properly stacked.</li>
<li>Determines when repairs need to be made on equipment.</li>
<li>Rotates stock so that oldest items are shipped or sold first.</li>
<li>Loads and unloads product from and onto tractor trailers, rail cars, and cargo ships.</li>
<li>Quality assurance (QA) duties, including reporting product damage and shortages.</li>
<li>Utilizes radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment to track inventory.</li>
<li>Shrink wraps goods or otherwise secures them and prepares them for transport.</li>
<li>Weighs and records weights of products.</li>
<li>Analyzes productions schedules to determine timely transportation of materials and products.</li>
<li>Documents arrival, departure, and movement and storage of goods, checks trucking manifests and bills of lading, maintains inventory, and tracks fulfillment of customer and vendor orders.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Valid driver's license </li>
<li>Excellent hand-eye coordination.</li>
<li>Proficiency in operating technical machinery and RF scanners.</li>
<li>Good physical condition.</li>
<li>Mathematical aptitude.</li>
<li>Good organizational skills.</li>
<li>Attention to detail.</li>
<li>Good written and verbal communication.</li>
</ul>
Physical Demands:
<ul>
<li>Ability to handle up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Exposure to dust, vibration, noise, heights, elevated platforms, confined spaces, chemicals, temperature variation and rotating equipment.</li>
<li>Ability to use personal protective equipment is required.</li>
</ul>
