 JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.</li>
<li>Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. PALS and/or trauma certifications may be required prior to first shift.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years full-time experience as an ED RN within the last year.</li>
<li>Strong ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care, as well as demonstrate critical thinking, and consistency in following established processes.</li>
<li>Strong ability to use independent, critical judgment in all aspects of patient care delivery.</li>
<li>Competency in current emergency room evidence-based practices and protocols for STEMI, sepsis, stroke, and trauma care.</li>
<li>Familiarity with conditions such as severe lacerations or burns, sports injuries, allergic reactions, and work-related injuries. </li>
