Job Description
As Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing Access Control Officers (ACOs) during assigned shifts on large projects or campus environments, reporting to the Site Logistics Leader or Area Logistics Leader, depending on project size. 
 Your job will be to ensure consistent operational performance, maintain compliance with site requirements, and support all workforce logistics. Broadly, the Shift Leader acts as the first line of leadership for ACOs and, when the Site Logistics Leader is not onsite, serves as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders. In this way the position mirrors many functions of the Site Logistics Leader but on a smaller scale, with focus on shift-level supervision and execution.
 In the bigger picture, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and delivering the highest-quality service across construction environments that are continually changing, dynamic, and uncertain. <li>Customer &amp; Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as point of contact for customer representatives during assigned shifts. What will you do as a PMC Clinical Education Specialist
The Clinical Education Specialist facilitates and provides for the education needs of the clinical staff. This includes orientation, overseeing the clinical student programs, staff in-services, education, clinical quality improvement initiatives, and their educational/training programs for the development of the staff. Annually reviews and revises the Clinical Policy and Procedure in consultation with the Director of Clinical Services and Senior Management. 

A day in the life of a PMC Clinical Education Specialist may include:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the orientation process for new staff member's utilizing the preceptor model and ensures all documentation for all new nursing personnel including agency staff are completed prior to completion of orientation period.</li>
<li>Evaluate the orientation process, recommending and implementing changes when appropriate.</li>
<li>Manage the Clinical Preceptor Program.</li>
<li>Oversee and manages the PMC CMA Academy (including but not limited to teaching, creating course content, etc)</li>
<li>Serve as a resource in developing relevant clinical specific education.</li>
<li>Manage clinical student program including (setting up rotations, partnering with various schools to determine needs and available, and serving as the liaison between PMC and Colleges/Universities)</li>
<li>Schedule and conduct in-service programs for new supplies, equipment, and instruments.</li>
<li>Partner with Clinical Applications/EMR trainer on establishing training processes and associated workflows.</li>
<li>Service as backup for the Clinical Applications/EMR trainer as needed.</li>
<li>Assist with identifying opportunities to improve documentation required to close quality gap measures.</li>
<li>Complete evaluation data/studies with the intent of assisting the Director of Clinical Services, and staff to identity and initiative changes in nursing practices and patient care satisfaction.</li>
<li>Identify resources necessary to facilitate Performance Improvement actives</li>
<li>Assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation or plans when indicated.</li>
<li>Provide leadership in clinical problem solving. Works on projects to promote optimum patient care.</li>
<li>Serve as leader on clinic quality programs as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain and updating clinical training material as needed.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina. BLS/CPR certification required. .

2 years clinical educational experience leading and developing clinical education programs.
