Main Duties:
As an Associate Dentist, you will deliver dental care to patients with the assistance of a dedicated team. Our practice includes:
<ul>
<li>DentaPro software</li>
<li>Digital x-ray and Panorex systems</li>
<li>Fiber-optic handpieces</li>
<li>Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training</li>
<li>A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants for each provider</li>
<li>A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on the location)</li>
<li>Office flow: an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients</li>
<li>A combination of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payment options</li>

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

<li>DDS/DMD from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation</li>
<li>A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you provide care or eligibility for licensure</li>
<li>Additional certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.</li>
<li>Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)</li>
<li>A caring disposition and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults</li>
