Position: Associate Dentist
We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to become a part of our expanding team. Support our goal of providing outstanding dental care and help us create unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Join a team that prioritizes collaboration and genuinely cares for its patients!
Your Contribution:
- Engage with the community and take part in initiatives that enhance our organization's positive image!
- Participate in morning meetings (feel free to take the lead!), organize your day, and show appreciation for your colleagues while showcasing excellent examples of customer service and teamwork.
- Enjoy working with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic!
Main Duties:
As an Associate Dentist, you will deliver dental care to patients with the assistance of a dedicated team. Our practice includes:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex systems
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
- A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants for each provider
- A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on the location)
- Office flow: an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
- A combination of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payment options

- Guaranteed base salary of $900/day with unlimited earning potential

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- DDS/DMD from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you provide care or eligibility for licensure
- Additional certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- A caring disposition and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
