Your Responsibilities
As an Associate Dentist, your duties will include:
- Delivering outstanding dental care to our patients with the assistance of a committed team.
- Participating in community initiatives that enhance our organization’s reputation.
- Joining morning meetings to organize your day and acknowledge your colleagues.
- Primarily treating children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic.
What We Provide
Our practice offers a nurturing environment featuring:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex equipment
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management
- A supportive team structure with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants for each provider
- A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults
- An average workflow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
- A variety of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payment options

What We Seek From You
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- A current, valid dental license for the state where you will practice
- All necessary certifications (CPR, DEA, etc.)
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- A caring demeanor and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
