- Work primarily with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic!
Your Role
As an Associate Dentist, you will deliver exceptional dental care to our patients, supported by a committed team. Our practice is equipped with:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex systems
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management
- A collaborative team: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants for each provider
- A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location
- An average daily flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
- A variety of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- A current, valid dental license in the states where you will practice or eligibility for licensure
- Any additional required certifications (CPR, DEA, etc.)
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- A caring disposition and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
