Overview: The Scrum Master is responsible for working collaboratively with the Scrum team on projects of varying sizes and complexity. Most projects will follow Agile methodologies, and the Scrum Master may be engaged at all parts of the project process from conception to closure and hand-off to operations. The Scrum Master needs to create and foster lasting positive vendor and member relationships. As a Scrum Master, the person will be expected to work with a cross-functional team consisting of team members from multiple departments. Responsibilities: 
The agile scrum master is responsible for ensuring the team lives with agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use.
