The Data Entry Financial Management Analyst will recommend the transfer of funds between object classes and line-items accounts under the same allotment when funds are needed to cover increases in obligations or expenditures fall within established limits. The analyst will prepare data summaries for inclusion in special and recurring financial and other data covering the status of funds, expenses and obligations as required by program managers. 
The Data Entry Financial Management Analyst identifies financial and operational irregularities and problems in records, subsidiary ledgers, appropriations obligations both at the branch and at the bureau or office level, which do not have proper documentation, are hampering operations, do not comply with financial policies and practices or are adversely affecting funds. JOB OVERVIEW
ACF is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and experienced Systems Project Manager to lead a cross-functional team in the initial business analysis, leverage data to design and implementation of an enterprise-wide technology solution for our day-to-day work and client servicing.&nbsp; This position will contribute to and support the executive team’s technology project charter, inclusive of the charter’s strategic planning and execution process. The ideal candidate brings the ability to clearly community across multiple medium, is an effective change manager, and inspires a culture of excellence and accountability.&nbsp;The position should bring a deep understanding of how to analyze business needs and turn them into actionable technical requirements. This role reports to the Director of Compliance and Operational Effectiveness.&nbsp;

Collaborate with vendors and system admins to ensure proper configuration, customization, and deployment of each technology solution and its components.&nbsp;

Operations and Change Management&nbsp;

Job DescriptionMid-Level Software Engineer -FAA FAA/Public Trust Remote opportunity with easy access to Washington, DC NIS is seeking an innovative programmer for a potential engagement with the FAA's Office of Budget and Programs. This exciting position will help guide how the FAA users allocate, record, manage, and reconcile financial transactions and track staffing in support of the FAA mission. FAA needs technical systems support, including the ability to perform operating system performance monitoring and make necessary adjustments; providing a strategic database direction for various business organizations; and knowledge of all IT functions, such as Operations and Maintenance (O&amp;M) responsibility includes recommendations impacting database design, database implementation, backup, and recovery.&nbsp; Candidates must have strong object-oriented development experience in Java.
