Applicant workers’ compensation firm is looking for a full-time assistant. We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. This employee should be comfortable talking with clients on the phone, can handle multiple client files with discretion and has strong computer skills to work within our paperless office.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and returning client phone calls with a strong customer service mindset
- Supporting the client’s needs from beginning to closing of their case
- Managing client files with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Working with attorneys to ensure legal documents are processed in a timely manner
- Maintaining multiple client files
Qualifications:
- Strong PC skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail
- Professional phone demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Dependable, hard-working, honest and punctual
- Capable of working well with a team
- Experience a plus but we will train the right person
- Education a plus!
