What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first friendly face our guests see and the heart of our hotel operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Warmly welcoming and checking in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient arrival experience.

<li>
Managing reservations, handling check-outs, and processing payments accurately.
</li>
<li>
Answering phone calls and emails, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Assisting guests with requests and promptly resolving any concerns to ensure a comfortable stay.
</li>
<li>
Maintaining a clean and organized lobby and front desk area.
</li>
<li>
Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
</li>
