What You Will Do:

Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping properties safe and well-maintained, and wants to grow in property maintenance? As our Onsite Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our apartment communities remain comfortable, welcoming, and in excellent condition year-round.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting
Complete unit turnovers with touch-up work, fixture replacements, and readiness inspections
Handle resident work orders promptly and professionally
Maintain property grounds: landscaping, debris removal, seasonal plantings, and snow/ice removal
Respond to urgent maintenance needs and after-hours emergencies as scheduled
Support safety, cleanliness, and compliance across all community facilities

What We're Looking For:
2+ years of general maintenance or building repair experience (preferred)
Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely operate maintenance and landscaping equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Positive, customer-service mindset with good communication skills
Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Dependable, safety-focused, and a team player
