Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the Spring 2026 term at an elementary school in Ridgefield, WA. This opportunity offers the chance to work with an elementary caseload and make a meaningful impact on student communication and language development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist credentials (SLP, SLP - CCC, or SLP - CFY)
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Availability to start March 2026, with possible consideration for an earlier start

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide individualized therapy to students within the elementary setting
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each students needs
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions
  • Provide services in-person, maintaining compliance with school policies and procedures
  • This position does not require supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
