RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be responsible for developing plans, designing, coordinating, tracking, qualifying and implementing assembly processes that meet Amphenol's costs and output objective as well as customer needs. Responsible for all aspects related to the design, operability and performance of newly designed or existing assembly processes / tooling, their modifications and related documentation.
Process Engineeringfocuses both on early involvement with the product design/development function to influence design characteristics for improved manufacturing efficiency and reliability, as well as maintaining and improving existing manufacturing processes.

<li>Develop and document assembly tooling for new / existing products. Involves creating concepts, estimating and quoting of tools, design build and validation of tooling.</li>

<li>Define critical product/process parameters.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are seeking a Sewing Machine Operator to join our team! You sew textiles for seating and ensure excellent quality control. 2nd Shift differential $1.25/hr. Responsibilities:

<li>Sew top tier products in leather and expensive fabrics with quality output</li>
<li>Work with Upholstery testers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Log and record output in an ERP system</li>
</ul>

As a Lathe Machinist, you will be responsible for operating Fanuc controlled lathes, ensuring precise machining by inspecting parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges, and interpreting blueprints to execute tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities

<li>Operate Fanuc controlled lathes to produce high-quality parts.</li>
<li>Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain precision.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate machining.</li>
<li>Set up and program CNC machines with attention to detail.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience with CNC programming and live tooling.</li>
<li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.</li>
<li>Skilled in operating and setting up CNC lathes.</li>
<li>Familiarity with using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.</li>
</ul>

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.
