Essential Functions:&nbsp;

<li>Maintain the mechanical and electrical systems at approximately 5-6 car washes in an assigned region.</li>
<li>Perform occasional weekly, monthly, and annual scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical components in car wash systems.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot faulty equipment and make necessary repairs to normal operation, including&nbsp;but not limited to pumps, motors, hydraulics, tunnel equipment and electrical components of MCC, Controller and other electrical items.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help Operations team with select facility work such as concrete, plumbing, electrical, framing, appliance or ground repair. (E.g. saw cutting trench, install poly lines underground, fix signage, or install canopies)</li>
<li>Occasionally Order necessary replacement parts and keep stock of necessary spare parts on hand to reduce Carwash downtime.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct Inventory of parts on truck &nbsp;and submit truck inspection report.</li>
<li>Work with Regional Service Manager, Dispatch and Operations team to ensure proper scheduling of projects/repairs.</li>
<li>Conduct site inspections to find or complete preventative maintenance/repairs on equipment such as hydraulic hose, air compressors, and conveyor chains.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Install and/or assist with installation of new carwash components as needed.</li>
<li>Address and repair emergency breakdowns in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Adhere to OSHA guidance and safety protocols.</li>
<li>LOTO compliance procedures.</li>
</ul>

Position Overview
The Monterey County Crisis Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and guiding Mobile Crisis services and personnel serving Monterey County. This role provides clinical supervision, operational leadership, and administrative oversight to ensure high-quality crisis response services, regulatory compliance, and strong collaboration with county partners and community stakeholders. The position is primarily onsite in Salinas, California, and plays a critical leadership role within the Mobile Crisis program.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical &amp; Program Oversight

<li>Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for all Mobile Crisis employees.</li>

Operational &amp; Administrative Management

<li>Manage monthly Mobile Crisis staff schedules to ensure full coverage per contract requirements.</li>

<li>Partner with Payroll to review and approve employee timesheets and time-off requests.</li>
<li>Participate in agency-wide leadership meetings, special projects, and additional duties as assigned.</li>

Required Qualifications

<li>Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.</li>
<li>Active California professional license as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, or within six (6) months of obtaining licensure.</li>
<li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing community-based mental health crisis services.</li>
<li>At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in crisis or behavioral health services (preferred).</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership ability in supervising multidisciplinary teams.</li>
