Function
The Cold Weather Case Manager position supports the provision of Coordinated Entry of social services in Colorado by providing information, referral, intake assessment, and emergency casework services over the phone, via email, video chat, and/or in person. The Cold Weather Team will be responsible for providing access to shelter during severe weather events in alignment with citywide severe weather policies. This will include expanding the hours of operation and/or operating an additional telephone line to provide additional access during severe weather events. This also includes working with HOST on a procedure to provide additional hours of operation and additional staff coverage during distinct weather events. Additionally, The Salvation Army will be responsible for providing on-site staffing at the Cold Weather sheltering location during activation, to include screening families for eligibility, providing rapid resolution services as appropriate, writing vouchers on the spot for cold weather, and completing HMIS intakes and data entry.

What YOU will be doing as a hearing instrument specialist:
<ul>
<li>Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen</li>
<li>Analyze test findings and make recommendations based off the customers hearing loss</li>
<li>Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions</li>
<li>Educate patients in how to use and maintain the hearing aid devices, provide demonstrations and information</li>
<li>Make follow-up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing device</li>
</ul>
Hearing Specialist / Audiologist Qualifications:
We are looking for a hearing specialist with the following qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and / or an Audiologist</li>
<li>Motivated by helping people hear better</li>
<li>Ambitious with a sales attitude</li>
<li>An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomy</li>

What You’ll Do
As the Office Manager, you'll ensure smooth daily operations while cultivating a positive, high-performance culture within the practice. Your leadership will directly influence patient satisfaction, team morale, and business success.
 
$15,000 Sign On/Retention Bonus available
 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Build and maintain a positive, team-oriented office culture that supports staff retention and development.</li>
<li>Align the practice with company values, standards, and operational best practices.</li>
<li>Lead, train, coach, and mentor team members to maximize individual and team potential.</li>
<li>Analyze business metrics to drive revenue growth, manage expenses, and achieve monthly targets.</li>
<li>Identify areas for improvement using data insights and implement effective performance strategies.</li>
<li>Address patient and staff concerns promptly with clear, compassionate conflict resolution.</li>
<li>Deliver weekly performance updates and improvement plans to the Area Manager.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.</li>
<li>Uphold a polished, professional office environment, including appearance and cleanliness.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of dental office management or healthcare leadership experience required</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of dental office operations, insurance processes, and patient scheduling systems</li>
<li>Experience managing budgets, controlling expenses, and meeting revenue goals</li>
<li>Proficient in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and fostering a positive workplace culture</li>
<li>Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Comfortable working full-time hours including some Saturdays</li>
</ul>
