<li>Produces routine and requested computer reports from a variety of pharmacy databases (e.g., DEA substances use, unit inspections, medication use studies, inventory, billing, transfers, borrow/lending transactions). </li>
<li>Packages and labels medications into unit doses for inspection and approval by the pharmacist.</li>
<li>Tracks and maintains stock levels of pharmaceutical supplies to ensure availability in accordance to established par levels. </li>
<li>Checks and replenishes floor stock and related medications to patient care areas.</li>
<li>Observes established departmental policies, procedures, behavioral and attitudinal norms, and quality assurance programs, safety, security, environmental and infection control standards.</li>

 Qualified candidates will possess:

<li>Provide supportive supervision to mentors, mentees, and guardians, as appropriate, to maintain the integrity of mentoring matches (community based) through the entire match life cycle (i.e., the interview, training, introduction, supervision, assessment and closure).</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues and the JBBBSA Program to ensure timeliness of program and match support the inception of new matches. </li>
<li>Support and attend program events including group outings, program fundraisers, volunteer appreciation meetings, etc.</li>
<li>Remain in compliance with JBBBSA program standards, including specified documents, policies, practices, procedures and materials.</li>

Job DescriptionWithin the chain of command, the mentor’s and companion’s direct supervisor is the client’s respective Case Manager. The mentor/companion reports to the case manager for &nbsp;all aspects of client care. It is then the case manager’s responsibility to report directly to the client’s family members, financial guarantors and treatment providers. This set-up serves to protect and nurture the mentor/client and companion/client relationship, ensuring that mentors/companions can focus their time and energies on their client, building rapport and a foundation of trust. The case manager will additionally communicate with the client, hour dependent, to further support their process in the case management program, making changes as needed. The Opportunity
As a One Medical Lab Services Specialist/ Member Support Specialist at one of our offices, you'll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. What you'll likely work on:
<ul>
<li>Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions, both clinical and administrative, and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary</li>
<li>Provide best in class venipuncture services on a population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, depending on the office location</li>
<li>Perform and assist with extended scope duties such as, but not limited to non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of in-office care through proper specimen labeling, handling and processing, inventory upkeep, and tool sterilization</li>
<li>Continue to care for our members beyond the lab room by answering patient messages, following up on lab cases and assisting our providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties such as, but not limited to biometric screening forms, medical record and consult review, billing inquiries, and DOH reporting</li>
<li>All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking to service level expectations etc</li>
<li>Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem solving, supporting in office providers with ad hoc asks, etc. </li>
<li>Perform opening and closing duties/daily office upkeep as required, including maintaining the look and feel of both patient and employee facing spaces, restocking supplies, and organization</li>
<li>Master our technology suite including, but not limited to Slack, G-suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, and our Electronic Medical Record System, in order to interact with team members and complete daily work</li>
