Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Certified Nursing Assistants to work in the Milwaukee, WI area. SUMMARY This pool position offers a flexible and rotating schedule. Qualified candidates will work as part of TalentBridge's contract with a large Milwaukee area school system as a Children’s Health Assistant (CHA), to care for students with special needs at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels. Long-term/on-going assignments as well as day-to-day pool assignments are available! All hours are MONDAY-FRIDAY first shift!  $18.09/hour Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Under supervision, the Children’s Health Assistants make it possible for physically handicapped students to attend school by attending to their individual physical needs throughout the school day. With these daily assignments, Substitute CHA’s may be assigned one-on-one to a specific student or assisting an entire classroom. Minimum Qualifications:

<li>Must be Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certified per the state of Wisconsin               </li>
<li>High School diploma or GED</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to travel across the Greater Milwaukee area to different school locations</li>

We are looking for an Audiologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
The Veteran files the claim before they see you. All of their medical records are uploaded into a computer portal and you will be able to review these during the appointment. You will conduct a Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test. The Audiologist will complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) in the computer portal. This forms the medical evidence that allows the VA to decide the veteran’s benefits.
Audiologist will NOT prescribe any medical treatments or devices.
This position will review and assess 3-6 Veterans per day on average.
Schedule: 3 days/week
This is an IN-PERSON position that offers: 1 hour to 1 hour &amp; 30 minutes per patient. No evenings, no on-call, no weekends, no hearing aid sales
Requirements

MRG Exams West, a wholly owned subsidiary of MRG Exams, a leader and premier service provider of independent medical examinations is looking for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Provider to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Provider will be responsible for reviewing medical health records through a secure Web Portal and performing a comprehensive assessment on each veteran. 
The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Provider will also complete a Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQ's) through the Web Portal. DBQ's are condition specific forms created by the VA. Through the DBQ's, the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Provider will document exam findings needed by the VA. 
The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Provider will NOT make disability determinations, the VA makes all disability determinations. 
This is NOT a treating role. This position only provides assessments.
This positon is 1 day/week + an optional day in Milwakee
This position will review and assess 3 Veterans per day on average.

MRG Exams West is looking for PM&amp;R physicians who are:
<ul>
<li>Interested in performing Independent Medical Assessments vs. traditional patient care &amp; treatment.</li>
<li>Independent medical assessments = Medical Fact Finding &amp; Investigative role.</li>
<li>Willing to spend at least 50% of their day reviewing medical records and electronic documenting of exam findings.</li>
<li>Proficient at finding key data points within large electronic medical records.</li>
<li>Able to analyze data from the medical records and exam findings to complete the DBQ's and form medical opinions.</li>
<li>Typing skills are essential.</li>
<li>Skilled at time management, able to stay on task and meet requirements.</li>
<li>Completed DBQ's must be submitted within 24 hours after an exam. </li>
<li>Interested in serving Veterans in their community.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Must hold a current license as a Physiatrist.</li>
<li>Must be Board Certified in either Neurological Surgery, PM&amp;R or Psychiatry and Neurology.</li>
