Schedule:&nbsp;2 pm - 10:30 pm (5 shifts within a 2-week period), EOW, Holidays, Facility may low census up to one (1) 12hr shift per 2-week pay period
Orientation/Training will be scheduled on Day shift for the IV room
Hourly Pay Rate: $28 - $32/hr on W2&nbsp;(Without Benefits).
Description:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of one year pharmacy experience - Required</li>
</ul>
Education:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>High school graduate or equivalent, completion of a certified pharmacy technician training program (CPhT)</li>
</ul>
Certification:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Certified Pharmacy Technician or Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Restocks Pyxis Med Stations accurately</li>
<li>Pulls medications using ParX accurately </li>
<li>Label medications correctly, including all safety labels</li>
<li>Has new orders ready for delivery promptly, including medications needed in Pyxis&nbsp; </li>
<li>Uses aseptic technique to compound sterile products&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>
<li>Completes monthly touchplates and annual transfer test&nbsp; </li>
<li>Enters charges and credits into the computer system accurately </li>
<li>Performs checks on express charts&nbsp; </li>
<li>Respond to TempTrak alarms, take appropriate action, and document actions taken.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Cerner and MCG experience is required
