Sterile Processing Technician or Surgical Technician with sterile processing experience. Responsible for preparation and presentation of prescribed curriculum to train students in the study of Sterile Processing Surgical Instrumentation. Ensuring that the quality and quantity of instruction provided in the classroom and laboratory is consistent with the stated objectives of Singleton Surgical Institute, LLC and the healthcare industry. Also, responsible for implementing and enforcing the policies and procedures of the school. Ensure that the classroom and school's atmosphere is conducive to maximum learning and retention of students. Record student grades, attendance and recommendation for academic counsel/probation. This independent contract job is for Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for Sterile Processing. Work Hours are 9 am to 3 pm. May have to precept students 2 or 3 days a week at Externship site on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays when available.
