Home infusion therapy (HIT) is a method of administering infusion therapy directly in a patient's home as well as in other settings such as nursing homes, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. The versatility of HIT provides patients with more autonomy over their care.
The role of a Home Infusion RN involves delivering excellent patient care. This specialized position caters to adult patients, providing them with the necessary treatment. As a Home Infusion RN, your primary responsibility is infusion therapy involving a variety of treatments including but not limited to IVIG, monoclonal antibodies, enzyme replacement, clotting factor, and other agents using various methods of administration. This job requires a blend of clinical expertise and compassionate care.
This position reports to the Area Director of Infusion Services.

Penobscot Community Health Care is seeking a BC/BE physician (MD or DO) to join our Community Care and Geriatrics service caring for the adult and geriatric population in area nursing homes and long-term care facilities in Bangor and surrounding areas, including Belfast, Camden and Skowhegan.
Geriatricians, family medicine, or internal medicine physicians with special interest in geriatrics welcome to inquire. Join an established and growing Community Care and Geriatrics (CCG) practice based in Bangor. The position is planned for full-time, 40 hours per week, working four 10-hour shifts. Hometown Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and community-focused care. As we expand our services to meet growing patient needs, we are seeking a dedicated Podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team and support foot and ankle health across all ages.
Position Summary: The Podiatrist will provide diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for foot and ankle conditions. This role includes outpatient clinical care, minor procedures, patient education, and collaboration with primary care and specialty providers to ensure holistic treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Diagnose and treat foot, ankle, and lower leg conditions.</li>
<li>Perform minor surgical procedures and wound care.</li>
<li>Prescribe medications, orthotics, and physical therapy as needed.</li>
<li>Educate patients on foot care and preventive practices.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the EMR system.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited program.</li>
<li>Board certification or eligibility in Podiatric Medicine.</li>
<li>Valid state license to practice podiatry.</li>
<li>Experience in an outpatient or FQHC setting preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication and patient-centered care skills.</li>
