Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.</li>
<li>CPR Certification.</li>

Preferred Experience
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.</li>
<li>A commitment to ongoing learning and the desire to enhance clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance.</li>

Physical Requirements

Role Description
The Speech Therapist will provide teletherapy services to individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries, focusing on speech, communication, language, and swallowing disorders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs </li>
<li>Treat speech, communication, language, and dysphagia-related swallowing disorders</li>
<li>Monitor and document client progress in the designated EMR</li>
<li>Collaborate with case managers and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members</li>

Qualifications

<li>Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program</li>
<li>Active California SLP license in good standing</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of speech, communication, and language disorders</li>
<li>Experience treating dysphagia and swallowing disorders</li>
