Position: Dental Hygienist

Our organization is expanding and is in search of a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to become a part of our dedicated team.

Required Hours: MONDAY 7:45 AM - 5 PM, TUESDAY 7:45 AM - 5 PM, WEDNESDAY 7:45 AM - 5 PM, THURSDAY 6:45 AM - 4 PM, FRIDAY OFF

About Us:

Our organization, like every office we support, is tailored to the community and the patients we serve. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly skilled on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current dental hygienist license in Ohio and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience:

  • Both new graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.
  • Clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodation. Accommodations may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling essential job functions.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, with arrangements made during the pre-employment process. This requirement does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
