In the role of Dental Hygienist, you will be acknowledged as a premier clinical provider and patient advocate. Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and the desire to enhance clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance.
- Clinical requirements as specified by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Capability to perform essential duties as required by the Office/Doctor/organization, with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling essential job functions.
- Extended periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
- To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed prior to starting employment. Arrangements for the test will be made during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
