Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Military Counseling Triage Consultant. This position is remote.
 
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: In support of a Military Program supporting non-medical counseling intended for situations that do not require clinical mental health treatment. Common topics include: 
<ul>
<li>Relationship and Family: Marital/couples conflicts, parenting skills, and communication.</li>
<li>Military Transitions: Challenges related to deployment, reintegration, and Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves.</li>
<li>Personal Stress: Stress and anger management, grief and loss, and general adjustment difficulties.</li>
<li>Life Goals: Decision-making, personal goal setting, and coping with phase-of-life changes.</li>
<li>Financial Stress: Navigating money-related pressures or financial concerns.</li>
</ul>
 
Further responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Answers calls and live chats, identifies the participants inquiry or issue, provides a warm hand-off or referral, and/or provides information to participants. </li>
<li>Provides Government approved Privacy Act Statement or Advisory for participants requesting or needing non-medical counseling. </li>
<li>May conduct DoD Survivor Survey with government designated participants and enters results into the DoD Survivor Survey Platform. </li>
<li>Provides Outbound Contact services to ensure services delivered meet the requirements, needs, and expectations of the participants. </li>
<li>Offers Interpretation and Translation services in compliance with applicable Federal and DoD regulations, directives and standards, as needed and/or requested by participants. </li>
<li>Initiates escalation of contacts indicative of potentially harmful incidents and/or requiring mandated reporting. </li>
<li>Possess strong customer service skills, knowledge of Contact Center operations, and knowledge and understanding of the military lifestyle. </li>
</ul>
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Contact Center Triage Consultants will pass criminal history, fingerprint, and credential review/verification meeting at least the requirements of DODI 1402.05, and successfully passed a DoD-initiated Tier 2 Suitability Investigation.</li>
<li>Must be a US Citizen.</li>
<li>Fluent English speaker. </li>
</ul>
