Position Summary:
The Spear Group has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable construction safety professional with pharma manufacturing or general manufacturing site capital project construction experience. This position is a professional safety leadership opportunity to support our pharma manufacturing client/partner with their Capital project work at their site in the Montgomeryville. PA. area in the greater Philadelphia, PA area. This position is an Owner’s Side Construction Safety Assistant Manager/Incident Investigator.
The ideal safety professional candidate must be well versed in incident investigations, root cause analysis and developing sustainable corrective action plans and capable of meeting tight deadlines and milestones. The role also requires a candidate that demonstrates the ability to coach, mentor and counsel to support, develop and expand the safety culture on client/owner’s side projects. Supports a culture of safety, not a “compliance only” culture. Occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
The role of this position will be to assist in the management of the site safety program, lead incident investigations and to promote a “Zero Harm” environment.
Primary Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

<li>Assist with coordinating site safety activities and incident investigations with Global Engineering Solutions (GES) project managers </li>
<li>Lead JSA/SPA program on each of the projects at the site, &amp; review permitting processes on projects </li>
<li>Liaison to the site GSE, Health, Safety and Environment Department as necessary</li>
<li>Formulation &amp; administration of Zero Harm Safety Program. (Safety Observation Reports (SOR), Near Miss, First Aid Reporting) at the site</li>

<li>Incident Investigations:

<li>Conduct thorough investigations of safety incidents</li>
<li>Interview witnesses, gather evidence, and document all relevant information</li>
<li>Analyze incident reports, photographs, and other supporting materials</li>
<li>Determine the root causes and contributing factors of incidents</li>
<li>Document investigation findings accurately and objectively</li>
<li>Provide a clear and concise summary of the incident, including timelines and sequence of events</li>
<li>Identify the underlying causes and factors that contributed to the incident</li>
<li>Include recommendations for preventive measures and corrective actions to ensure compliance with Enablon SN09 and GES Incident Investigation and Reporting Requirements</li>
</ul>

<li>Timely reporting and timely incident investigation resolution. Ensure that all corrective actions are closed out by target dates. </li>
<li>Review injury/incident reports for completeness</li>
<li>Ensure applicable company and regulatory HSE requirements are being met</li>

<li>Collaborate with stakeholders</li>
<li>Work closely with project managers, EPCMs, safety officers, and site supervisors during incident investigations.</li>

Responsibilities

Requirements
<ul>
<li>6+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on marketing analytics.</li>
<li>Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)</li>
<li>Strong understanding and proven experience working with and developing: attribution models, channel and campaign-level ROI, and automated experimentation pipelines.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of the full machine learning lifecycle: data preparation, model selection, training, evaluation, deployment and continuous integration.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.</li>
