Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Education/Knowledge Requirements:

<li>Previous experience in the paint industry and/or construction trades preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Project management experience preferred</li>
<li>Basic computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Leadership of others: Experience&nbsp;and/or competencies&nbsp;in Coaching, mentoring, empowering, inspiring, and motivating others to meet the organization’s vision, commitments and goals while fostering positive and constructive feedback, recognition, leadership, and personal/professional development.</li>

<li>Valid Driver’s License</li>
