Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, or Visual Impairments, active Teacher of the Visually Impaired certification and 1+ years Teacher of the Visually Impaired experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)

• Proficiency in adapting curriculum and materials for accessibility
• Familiarity with assistive technologies and Braille
• Organizational skills to balance documentation and individualized instruction

Responsibilities:
