● Publish and distribute monthly community newsletters and calendars to all residents door to door. ● Limited fund development to supplement programs through grants, donations and partnerships. ● Provide great customer service to partner property management company including assisting with helping residents comply with lease requirements including healthy homes referrals. ● Manage, track, and use site budget by following BT financial procedures ● Provide technical assistance to resident associations. ● Engage volunteers and community partners. ● Attend mandatory training/conferences as required by site compliance. We ensure that all of its teachers have everything that they need to be successful in the classroom. This includes providing a comprehensive curriculum, coaching and mentorship, and professional development at no cost.

We have an on-site, middle school ELA teaching opportunity available for the 2025-2026 school year. Payment varies and depends on your teaching project, ranging from $400 to $1,100 weekly. Our payment structure also includes holidays and school breaks. 

Kreyco teachers are qualified, passionate, and dedicated. Our teachers may come from diverse backgrounds and have work experience in a wide range of careers, but they all share a common goal: having a positive impact on student learning, growth, and development. We welcome teachers with or without certification and assist them in obtaining certification while they teach!

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provides automotive services by performing inspections, repairs, maintenance, and installations efficiently, safely and according and time standards. Complies with dealership’s safety and environmental programs and practices. Automotive services may include, but are not limited to drivability, suspensions, alignments, steering, heating and air conditioning, basic and ABS brakes and exhaust systems.

Essential Duties:

<li>Promotes dealership by presenting professional image, positive attitude, and clean work area.</li>
<li>Skilled in scheduled maintenance.</li>
<li>Skilled in Quick service, tires, and repairs.</li>
<li>Road tests vehicles to ensure repairs are completed properly.</li>
<li>Completes service and repair assignments correctly, to pass quality inspections or test drives.</li>
<li>Maintains sufficient personally-owned tools; keeps tools in good working order.</li>
<li>Maintains cleanliness of the customer's vehicle.</li>
<li>Actively listens to concerns; takes action to respond to others’ needs.</li>
</ul>
