Layton Services is seeking an experienced and driven Civil Construction Project Manager to lead site development and infrastructure construction projects in Newark, OH and the surrounding Columbus metro area. This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee all phases of construction—from pre-construction planning to project close-out.
You’ll collaborate closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure successful delivery of civil, excavation, and utility infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities – Civil Project Manager: 
<ul>
<li>
Manage overall project schedules and provide weekly updates
</li>
<li>
Coordinate and lead internal and external project meetings
</li>

Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and close-out
</li>
<li>
Handle procurement, material tracking, and vendor coordination

Maintain project documentation and track change orders

Manage project financials, including:

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

This role supports a multi-million dollar initiative to modernize the hospital’s data infrastructure in alignment with the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. The selected candidate will act as both the Quality Control System Manager and the Construction Superintendent—overseeing quality control efforts, site supervision, and daily field coordination.

Responsibilities:
Quality Control Responsibilities:
