<li>Proper installation of lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC).</li>
<li>Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.</li>
<li>Ensuring the work site is clean and clear of clutter or any other possible hazards.</li>

Qualifications
· 5 years of hands-on experience as a residential electrician.
· Strong understanding of electrical systems, residential wiring, circuit design, and electrical codes (NEC).
· Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
· Experience working with both high and low voltage electrical systems.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients, contractors, and other trades on-site.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Responsible, dependable and trustworthy, punctual and hardworking, disciplined and respectful.
Physical Requirements:
 · Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools.
· Ability to work in confined spaces, outdoors, at heights, and in all weather conditions.
· Ability to stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods of time.
