The overall purpose of this position is to keep the shop and yard clean and free of debris, assist with the intake, inspection, diagnosis, cleaning/servicing, and repair of roll off Frac Tanks, along with other environmental containment tanks coming in from field service.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Keep yard and shop areas picked up and free of debris that doesn’t belong</li>
<li>Intake roll off Frac tanks and boxes for servicing</li>
<li>Inspect tanks for damage</li>
<li>Input information into computer</li>
<li>Repair damage by welding damaged areas, or other type of repair</li>
<li>Change out gaskets when needed</li>
<li>Inspect rubber liner that is removed from tank and check for holes, tears, or any other blemishes that will allow the liner to leak</li>
<li>Bring issues to the supervisor</li>
<li>Hydro test open tanks by filling with water, checking for leaks, repair leaking areas, drain water</li>
<li>Service tanks</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to weld and repair metal roll-off tanks</li>
<li>Some stick and MIG welding</li>
<li>Must be self-motivated</li>
<li>Must be able to work alone or as a team</li>
<li>Must be able to show up for work on a consistent basis</li>
<li>Take initiative every day to get the job done</li>
<li>Must have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE – when hired perm, this position will be going to other locations (local Texas) to assist when needed. Will drive company vehicles and be sent out to remote locations and jobs</li>
<li>Operate a forklift</li>
<li>Must be able to work on feet most of the day</li>
<li>The ability to drive a 5-speed manual transmission is PREFERRED (mainly to move or stage a vehicle when needed)</li>
<li>Must know at least basic tools and how to use them</li>
<li>Must know how to read a tape measurer to the 16th of an inch</li>
<li>This position requires a strong mechanical ability</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a DISA background check when hired full time</li>
<li>Will eventually talk to and work with customers in the field when full time</li>
<li>Be able to think on your feet</li>
<li>Communicate when questions arise</li>

Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a dynamic leader for supervising production and line workers. This Warehouse Manager position will be assigned to our Houston, TX location. This Management position implements workforce management programs and have overall accountability for the performance of Leadpoint’s team in the assigned facility.
