At Kelly®, we’re seeking a A Client Support Analyst to work a Legal support client in Houston, TX.

Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $22 per hour (Temp-to-Perm)

The Client Support Analyst acts as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries via phone and email. This role is critical in helping clients navigate our service offerings and online portal, and requires strong customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and research issues to ensure proper corrective action is taken
  • Address client and sales partner inquiries quickly and drive them to resolution
  • Set up new client accounts using the company portal
  • Provide coaching and guidance for new clients on portal usage
  • Complete front-end processing for settled cases
  • Perform transcript and video status checks
  • Handle inquiries related to price quotes for completed jobs
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
  • Suggest improvements to workflow processes
  • Demonstrate ongoing knowledge of legal services offered
  • Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • 3+ years of customer service or client support experience
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Administrative or office experience a plus
  • Industry experience preferred but not required
