Working and Environmental Conditions: Works mainly outdoors and at times indoors. Constant exposure to fumes from equipment, and cleaning solvents (ex. dust, fumes, and gases.) Constant fluctuation in temperature and conditions (ex. heat, cold, humidity). Some noise and vibration exposure.
Physical Demands: Must have the ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time. Ability to operate all related equipment.

The Customer Service Representative I facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of customer service, clerical, and administrative tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Monitor team mailbox(es), assign to appropriate Team member(s) and maintain the box in an organized fashion.</li>
<li>Run reports to recognize and produce actionable detail and then communicate that to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.</li>

<li>Assist customers with expedited requests (orders, communications, and reporting). </li>
