Pay Range: $16.04/hr (W2)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service - Office Facilitator to join our team. The candidate will support lobby operations, guide visitors, and provide photo-taking and kiosk assistance. The role requires consistent, in-person customer interaction and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate, guide, and direct customers in the lobby.
- Provide photo-taking support and assist with written test administration.
- Support lobby and kiosk operations, including the greeter station where applicable.
- Enter exam results and maintain accurate records and files.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience, 1 to 2 years minimum.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license.
- Ability to work with customers in person and manage a lobby environment.
- Ability to use a computer to handle, file, and record documentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with lobby, kiosk, or front-desk operations.
- Experience administering written exams and handling exam results.
