Local HAC Contractor is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Spring / Summer busy season | April - September.
Customer Service Representative - Part Time | $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 10:00am - 3:00pm ** Part Time
Duration: April through September
Location: North Dallas
Job Overview: 
<ul>
<li>In-office position, not call center </li>
<li>Answering incoming calls, this position is first on the phones</li>
<li>Scheduling service calls / supporting our excellent Dispatcher</li>
<li>Scheduling annual maintenance for customers</li>
<li>Keeping customer database up to date</li>
<li>Providing backup support to other office functions</li>
</ul>
Skills We Are Looking For: 
<ul>
<li>2 years of customer service in an office setting or combination of education and experience</li>
<li>Stellar customer service skills</li>
<li>The ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with service technicians and customers</li>
<li>CRM data base experience - Service Titan experience a plus!</li>
<li>Construction/ HVAC / Plumbing or similar service industry experience a plus!</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Good communication skills both written and verbal</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as a team</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
