Job purpose
To prepare, process, and finalize service invoices for labor, parts and external services. Ensuring accuracy, compliance with customer agreements, warranties, and manufacturer policies.
Duties and responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Prepare and process service invoices for customer repairs, preventive maintenance, and service contracts.</li>
<li>Review work orders to ensure all labor, parts, sublet repairs, and miscellaneous charges are correctly posted.</li>
<li>Verify technician labor hours, labor rates, and job codes before billing.</li>
<li>Apply correct pricing, discounts, and shop supplies.</li>
<li>Bill, internal repair orders for dealership-owned or rental equipment.</li>
<li>Ensure labor and parts meet documentation and agreement rates.</li>
<li>Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and parts department to ensure the completion of all service orders in time.</li>
<li>Verify parts issued match work orders and labor performed.</li>
<li>Communicate with service managers regarding billing issues or corrections.</li>
<li>Perform other tasks as required by the Branch Manager.</li>
