The Opportunity As our Lead Field Installer, you will:

What We're Looking For
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience working with ornamental architectural installation</li>
<li>Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and fabrication drawings.</li>
<li>Proficiency in ornamental architectural installation techniques across metals, such as ornamental staircases, railings, wine cellars, entry doors, and specialized art pieces is required.</li>
<li>Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, welding (TIG/MIG), rigging, and safe handling of large metal assemblies.</li>
<li>Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and site coordination best practices.</li>

SUMMARY: As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision, mentorship training and motivation of all front-end team members in your venue. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES ASSIGNED:

<li>Promptly greet and seat patrons as they arrive</li>
<li>Collaborate with FOH and BOH TEAM to ensure a high-quality guest experience</li>
<li>Practice and promote a strong culture of “Hospitality”</li>
<li>Monitor accuracy of payment transactions, with special attention paid to those of our Tier Resort Benefit Card holders</li>
<li>Accurately operate POS System as required</li>
<li>Inspect and Test currency to avoid accepting counterfeit bills</li>
<li>Assist with inventory requisitions and par management</li>
<li>Practice &amp; promote all applicable food service health safety regulations and procedures</li>
<li>Oversee the onboarding, training and development of new and tenured team members</li>
<li>Assist in the Evaluation of Staff Performance</li>
<li>Address and take action to resolve complaints and issues from guests </li>
<li>Practice &amp; promote Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) policies</li>
<li>Responsibly and accurately oversee the execution of daily financial reporting and reconciliation, including bank balancing, tip reports, correction/exception notices, etc.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS: 
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to multi-task while performing each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and/or ability required. Must pass initial drug screening, background investigation, random drug tests and credit check. Applicant must obtain training in food safety and responsible beverage service of the Casino’s choosing.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED Equivalent. A minimum of one (1) year in a F&amp;B or Hospitality Leadership role and 3+ years of experience in varied Food &amp; Beverage positions including Cashier, Server or Busser. Casino experience is a plus! 
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and response to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public effectively and courteously.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to interpret bar graphs and reports.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Must have the ability to deal with problems, which may involve several concrete variables. 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to talk and hear. The individual is also regularly required to bend; stand; walk; sit; and use hand/eye coordination. The Individual must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. The individual may be required to stand for 8 hours.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. When on the Casino floor, the noise level increases too loud. The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and constantly keep customer satisfaction as their first priority.
The Casino is a smoking environment and team members must be able to work in a smoke-filled atmosphere.
