We have terminals in Tontitown, AR; Laredo, TX; Irving, TX; North Jackson, OH; and Charlotte, NC.
Benefits &amp; Bonuses
Albany Trucking offers comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. A 401K retirement plan with a company match is also available. Drivers receive one week of paid vacation after their first year, two weeks after two years, and up to three weeks after five years. Detention and layover pay are available and vary by customer. Orientation consists of a three-day session, with meals and transportation provided, and drivers are paid $200 for completing it.
Pet &amp; Rider Policies For those in lease-purchase positions, Albany allows dogs of any size with no weight restrictions. Company solo drivers, however, are not permitted to have pets. Riders are welcome-immediate family members must be at least 13 years old, and non-family riders must be 18 or older.

Production Volume &amp; Deadline Management

<li>Lead a QC function responsible for reviewing and approving assets totaling up to 4,000 images per week </li>
<li>Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-pressure environment with daily delivery deadlines </li>
<li>Balance speed and quality, ensuring vendor output is reviewed efficiently without compromising standards </li>
<li>Anticipate capacity constraints or backlog risks and proactively escalate concerns</li>
</ul>
Process Improvement &amp; Problem Solving 
<ul>
<li>Analyze vendor quality trends, error patterns, and rework drivers </li>
<li>Identify systemic issues in capture, editing, or workflows and recommend corrective actions </li>
<li>Propose improvements to QC standards, vendor feedback loops, and internal processes </li>
<li>Maintain a big-picture perspective while remaining detail-oriented in execution</li>
</ul>
Communication &amp; Leadership Collaboration 
<ul>
<li>Communicate quality trends, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership </li>
<li>Escalate recurring vendor or workflow issues with data-driven insights </li>
<li>Act as a subject-matter expert for post-production QC and vendor quality performance </li>
<li>Contribute to cross-functional discussions related to scaling post-production operations</li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Experience 
<ul>
<li>Proven experience with Matterport 3D tours and/or real estate photography </li>
<li>Strong Quality Control background in a high-volume media or image production environment </li>
<li>Experience reviewing and approving vendor-produced edits against defined standards </li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership or coaching experience (required) </li>
<li>Comfortable working to daily deadlines in a pressure-driven production setting </li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li>
<li>Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Experience managing offshore or remote QC teams </li>
<li>Familiarity with Matterport processing workflows and common capture or editing issues </li>
<li>Background in multifamily, real estate, or large-scale media production</li>
</ul>
