What Are We Looking For?

Job Description 
 As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Access Desk in Rincon, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing &amp; Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Monitor and control access to the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or activities.</li>
<li>Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related matters.</li>
<li>Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with access-related inquiries and needs.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activities and/or potential security-related incidents.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.</li>
<li>Document and report security-related incidents, access violations, and/or unusual occurrences according to site requirements.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with site personnel to maintain a secure environment in a manufacturing and industrial setting.</li>

Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
<li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li>
