Monitor clinic security protocols, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all clients and visitors. Other Duties: Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as directed by the Front Office Supervisor or Director of Clinical Operations. Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, including confidentiality and safety guidelines. Other duties as assigned.
 
SCHEDULE Monday- Thursday 9 am to 5 pm
 Friday 9 am to 3 pm
 
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) High School Diploma or GED Two years experience with scheduling and answering phones, preferably in a medical office setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Substance Use Disorders and mental health issues preferred. Proficient in using office software.
