Position Summary
The Front Desk &amp; Administrative Support role is a critical member of our Tax Services team, providing professional client-facing support and essential internal operations assistance in a fast-paced public accounting environment. This position is responsible for managing front-desk reception, assembling and processing tax returns, scanning and organizing documents, supporting software workflows, coordinating with accountants, and maintaining a positive, steady presence with clients—especially during high-pressure tax deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

<li>You have a smartphone or similar device (e.g., iPad, tablet with internet services or laptop) capable of capturing client session data and are tech-savvy.</li>
<li>Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs through family, friends, or work experience is a plus!</li>
<li>You can pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for.</li>
<li>You'll be driving to and from clients' homes, so you have a reliable form of transportation including a valid driver’s license and car insurance.</li>
<li>Ability to keep up with active children and are enthusiastic and professional.&nbsp;</li>
