RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Ability to read blueprints is required</li>
<li>Knowledge of&nbsp;Haeger Hardware machine&nbsp;is a plus, not required</li>
<li>Employee shall be supervised until training is complete. On the job training as needed</li>
<li>Must be a team player</li>
<li>Ability to pay close attention to detail</li>
<li>Organizational skill</li>
<li>Have basic math knowledge- adding, subtracting, multiplying.</li>
<li>Manufacturing experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions presented in English.</li>
<li>Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.</li>
<li>Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools.</li>
<li>Familiar with the safe operation of various tools: including but not limited to drills, screw gun.</li>
</ul>
EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:
· Any combination of education, training or experience that provide the required knowledge skills, and abilities is acceptable.
· 1-2 years in a related role preferred but not required
